KPMG provided advice as part of the merger of SIA All Media Latvia (TV 3) and Joint Stock Company Latvijas Neatkarīgā Televīzija (LNT)
18 December 2018 was the effective date of the reorganisation under which Joint Stock Company Latvijas Neatkarīgā Televīzija (LNT), as the acquired company, was merged with SIA All Media Latvia (TV 3) of the media group All Media Baltics.
The decision to merge these companies was made in order to simplify the governance of group companies and make it more efficient, and to continue to develop as a modern European level multiplatform media company.
